If you want to return a product you have the right (right of withdrawal) to return your order up to 14 days after delivery without giving any reason, provided that the product is not opened, unused and undamaged.
What if your product is damaged or has a production defect?
If there is a problem with the product itself, for example if it arrived damaged or there is a manufacturing defect, then this is covered by the money-back guarantee. read more info here: money-back guarantee.
Can I send a product to replace?
Products cannot be replaced through our return procedure. Instead, you can return the product and place a new order. If you order on a business day, it will be shipped the same day!
Return order
To return your product(s), you can register your return here (only takes 2 minutes!). After you have registered the return, you have 14 days to return the product(s). You will be credited with the full order amount including the initial shipping costs within 14 days of delivery of the return product(s) in the warehouse, provided that the product(s) are in their original condition. The costs for returning to the webshop are for your own account (according to the Distance Selling Act). These costs are approximately € 7.25 per package (in the Netherlands), consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If the product is damaged because it was not properly packaged for return, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and pack your return shipment well so that it cannot be damaged in transit.

- Use the return label that you received with the return notification
- Hand in the package at a service point within 14 days
- You will receive your money back within 14 days of delivery at the warehouse
Return Shipping Requirements
- You have registered your return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- If you make use of the right of withdrawal, the product will be returned with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging.
- The product and the safety seals are not damaged.
- The return shipment has sufficient postage.
