We set high standards for our products and orders are packed and shipped with care. Nevertheless, it may happen that you want to make use of your right of withdrawal because you do not want a product.
What does the right of withdrawal mean
You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after delivery without giving any reason, provided that the product has not been opened, not used and not damaged. This is the right of withdrawal.
If you have opened, used or damaged a product, your order is final and can no longer be returned in accordance with the right of withdrawal.
If you have received your product damaged or there is a production error, you can use our money-back guarantee warranty.
If you want to make use of your right of withdrawal, after the registration of your return you have another 14 days to return your product. You will be credited with the full order amount including any initial shipping costs within 14 days after delivery of the return product(s) in the warehouse, provided that the product(s) are in their original condition.
The costs for returning to the webshop are for your own account (according to the Distance Selling Act). These costs amount to € 5.95 per package (in the Netherlands).
If the product is damaged because it was not properly packaged for return, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So treat the product with care and pack your return shipment well so that it cannot be damaged in transit.
